Community Guidelines

Creating a safe, professional, and respectful platform for the fashion community

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on RockHardChic and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit material

    While fashion photography may include artistic nudity, we require all content to be professional and appropriate for a business platform. Sexually explicit or pornographic content is never permitted.

  • Images featuring minors in inappropriate poses

    We take child safety extremely seriously. Any content that sexualizes or inappropriately depicts minors will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

  • Watermarked images from other platforms

    Do not upload images with watermarks from Model Mayhem, other portfolio sites, or photographers without permission. Only submit content you have rights to display.

  • Spam or solicitation

    No advertisements for external services, pyramid schemes, or inappropriate solicitations in profiles, bios, or communications.

  • Hate speech or harassment

    Content or communication that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly forbidden.

Professional Standards

All members of RockHardChic must adhere to these professional standards:

  • All images must be fashion/portfolio appropriate

    High-quality images suitable for professional portfolios, casting calls, and agency representation. Images should showcase your work in a professional context.

  • Contact information must be legitimate

    Provide accurate email addresses, phone numbers, and social media links. Fake contact information or impersonation will result in account suspension.

  • No impersonation of others

    Only create profiles using your real name and identity. Do not impersonate other models, photographers, agencies, or public figures.

  • Respectful communication required

    Treat all community members, agencies, and collaborators with professionalism and courtesy. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Quality Standards

RockHardChic is committed to maintaining high-quality content that represents the best of emerging talent in the fashion and photography industries.

  • All submitted images must be high-resolution (minimum 1200px width) and professionally presented
  • Portfolio content should demonstrate your unique style and professional capability
  • All information provided (measurements, experience, location) must be accurate and up-to-date
  • Social media links should be active, public, and professionally maintained
  • Profiles must be complete with bio, location, and at least 3-5 portfolio images

Video Submission Guidelines

When submitting promotional videos to RockHardChic, you must comply with these additional requirements:

Age Requirements (Mandatory)

  • You must be at least 18 years old to submit video content
  • All individuals appearing in your video must be at least 18 years old
  • You must confirm your age when submitting (age verification checkbox)

Video Content Rules

  • Length: 30-90 seconds (optimal 30-60 seconds)
  • Quality: Clear video and audio, good lighting, HD preferred
  • Content: Introduce yourself, mention RockHardChic, share your professional focus
  • No explicit nudity or pornographic content - Edgy/sexy is fine, explicit is not
  • No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Must comply with YouTube/TikTok/Instagram's terms of service

Third-Party Hosting

  • Videos must be hosted on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram only
  • You submit only the URL link - we do not host video files
  • Keep your video live on the platform while featured on RockHardChic

Rights & Permissions

  • You retain full ownership of your video
  • You grant us permission to feature, display, and promote your video
  • We may edit for length/clarity but won't misrepresent you
  • All individuals in the video must have consented to appear

Content Rights and Usage

By submitting your profile, you agree that:

  • You own or have the rights to all content you submit (images, videos, text)
  • For collaborative work (photographer + model), both parties have consented to display the images
  • You grant RockHardChic permission to display your profile and content on our platform
  • RockHardChic may use your content for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials)
  • You retain all ownership rights to your content and can request removal at any time

Enforcement & Consequences

We take violations of our community guidelines seriously. Consequences depend on the severity and frequency of violations:

First Violation (Minor):

Warning via email + content removal. Profile remains active. Violation noted in account history.

2
Second Violation:

7-day account suspension. Profile hidden from search during suspension. Final warning issued.

3
Third Violation or Severe Violation:

Permanent account termination. Profile and all content removed. IP ban may be applied. No refunds for premium features.

⚠️ Immediate Termination Offenses (Zero Tolerance):

  • • Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
  • • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • • Threats of violence or credible harassment
  • • Illegal activity or solicitation

Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help maintain standards. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

How to Report:

  1. Use the "Report" button on any profile or content that violates our guidelines
  2. Provide specific details about the violation (what guideline was broken and why)
  3. Include any supporting evidence (screenshots, dates, context)
  4. Our moderation team will review within 24-48 hours
  5. You will receive a confirmation email when action is taken

Emergency Reports: For severe violations (illegal content, threats, child safety), email us immediately at [email protected] with "URGENT" in the subject line.

Note: False reports or abuse of the reporting system may result in account suspension. Only report genuine violations.

Review Process

All submissions are reviewed by our moderation team to ensure they meet our quality standards and community guidelines. The review process typically takes 3-5 business days.

What We Check:

  • Image quality and resolution
  • Content appropriateness (no prohibited material)
  • Profile completeness and accuracy
  • Verification of contact information
  • Compliance with copyright/watermark policies

If your submission is approved, your profile will be published on RockHardChic and promoted to our community. If additional information or changes are needed, we will contact you with specific feedback via email.

Appeals Process

If your profile is rejected or your account is suspended and you believe this was an error:

  2. Include your reasoning and any relevant context
  3. Our senior moderation team will review within 5-7 business days
  4. Appeal decisions are final
