Nightlife Events Terms

RockHardChic ("we," "us," "our") provides a platform for venues, bars, nightclubs, and event organizers ("Venue Owners") to post and promote nightlife events ("Event Listings") for a fee.

1.1 Listing Types:

• Standard Listing: $25 - Event appears in main listings
• Featured Listing: $35 - Event appears at top with premium badge and enhanced visibility

1.2 Listing Duration:

All event listings automatically expire 24 hours after the event date/time specified during submission. Events cannot be extended beyond this period.

2.1 Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is required in full before event listing goes live
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• All prices are in USD

2.2 No Refunds:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once payment is processed and your event listing is published, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Event cancellation or postponement
• Change in event details
• Low attendance or ticket sales
• Technical issues on your end
• Change of mind

3.1 Accuracy of Information:

You warrant that all information provided in your event listing is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes:

• Event name, date, time, and location
• Venue information
• Ticket prices and cover charges
• Age restrictions
• Contact information

3.2 Prohibited Content:

Event listings must NOT contain:

• Explicit sexual content or pornographic material
• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal substances
• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Spam or malicious links
• Copyright-infringing material

3.3 Image/Flyer Guidelines:

• Images must be owned by you or used with proper authorization
• Images must be clear, high-quality, and relevant to the event
• Maximum file size: 10MB
• Accepted formats: JPG, PNG

4.1 Your Rights:

• Display your event on RockHardChic platform until expiration
• Share your event listing on social media
• Include ticket/RSVP links to your preferred platform

4.2 Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure all event information is accurate and legal
• Honor all commitments made in the event listing
• Comply with all local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
• Maintain proper insurance and permits for your event
• Handle all ticketing, refunds, and customer service for your event
• Ensure age restrictions are properly enforced

4.3 Our Rights:

• Reject or remove any event listing that violates these terms
• Modify or remove content that doesn't meet our standards
• Terminate access to users who repeatedly violate terms
• Display your event listing on our platform and promotional materials
• Update these terms at any time

5.1 Platform as a Service:

RockHardChic is ONLY a listing platform. We are NOT responsible for:

• The actual event, its quality, safety, or execution
• Ticket sales, refunds, or disputes
• Venue operations or compliance with laws
• Attendee behavior or incidents at events
• Accuracy of third-party information

5.2 Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RockHardChic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your event or event listing
• Your breach of these terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Any claims made by attendees or third parties

5.3 Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKHARDCHIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6.1 Changes to Event Details:

If you need to update event information (time, location, etc.), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to update the listing, but cannot guarantee changes will be made in time.

6.2 Event Cancellation:

• No refunds will be issued for canceled events
• We will mark the listing as "Canceled" if notified in advance
• You are solely responsible for notifying ticketholders

7.1 Your Content:

You retain ownership of all content you submit (text, images, logos, etc.). By submitting content, you grant RockHardChic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

7.2 Our Platform:

All RockHardChic branding, design, code, and platform features are owned by RockHardChic and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You must be at least 18 years old to post events
• You must have legal authority to represent the venue/organization
• You must comply with all applicable laws (liquor licensing, capacity limits, safety codes, etc.)
• You are responsible for enforcing age restrictions at your event

Your use of our platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect contact information and payment details as necessary to provide the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these terms, without refund or notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
